K and K Construction performed a complete residential rehabilitation on our 1957 brick cape cod in Parma — the entire electrical system was replaced, all cast iron plumbing was re-piped, structural framing corrections in the basement, and a full kitchen and bathroom rebuild. Their written estimate was the most thorough I've ever seen from a contractor. They finished exactly on schedule, and the house passed every single inspection on the first attempt.
